Located in Chantemerle, in the village of Saint-Chaffrey, the residence “Cristal Lodge” enjoys a prime location which is near the ski lifts (300 m) and a few meters from shops and restaurants.

The residence is located on the site of the Hotel de la Balme, family hotel of the ski champion, Luc Alphand. This 20 hotel rooms will continue to be operated by Terrésens’s’ subsidiary, “Daddy Pool”, which operates small hotels located on “premium” land. Two new buildings will be integrated into the site and will form the residential leisure housing “Cristal Lodge” composed of 44 apartments from 1 to 4 bedrooms.

In addition, you will find in the hotel a wellness space with a Savoyard tapas bar , a wellness area, a play area, and an indoor swimming pool. An ideal place to revel with friends or family.
