Set in the heart of the forest, Chamrousse ski resort – first revealed to the world at the Grenoble Winter Olympics in 1968 – attracts families and sports enthusiasts alike, including a large number of freestylers, thanks to its dedicated infrastructure. It lies at the tip of the Massif de Belledonne, just 30 kilometres from Grenoble.

It is spread over 4 levels:

• Chamrousse 1600 – Plateau de l’Arselle,

• Chamrousse 1650 – Recoin,

• Chamrousse 1700 – Bachat Bouloud,

• Chamrousse 1750 – Roche Béranger.

All linked by slopes and forest trails, with the Croix de Chamrousse at 2250 metres as the highest point.

Winter sports are a tradition in Chamrousse, where the first ski descents date back to 1878. Today, 90 km of pistes await lovers of downhill skiing and 40 km of Nordic skiing. With its snow-covered fir trees and sweeping panoramas, Chamrousse is a real postcard to be shared!

The resort’s shops and restaurants are within walking distance of the residence. The La Perche ski lift is just a few minutes’ walk away, saving you a considerable amount of time on your skiing days.

The residence also offers a range of services to make your stay an exceptional experience. Each flat has its own heated ski locker, an individual locked cellar and a basement parking space.

The emphasis has been placed on spaciousness. Furnished and equipped, the flats have all the comforts of a mountain home. They have been designed with the greatest care and feature high-quality materials. The kitchens are fully equipped with ceramic hobs, extractor hoods, fridges, ovens, microwaves and dishwashers.
